Cancelation Policy:

Until 3 Month before the festival:

total refund + 20,-€ cancelation fee

3 Month before the festival:

50% of the ticket price refund + 20,-€ cancelation fee

6 Weeks before the festival:

no refund, but you can give / sell your ticket to someone else and let us know about the name change.

Corona Regulation:

In case the Festival can´t happen due to Corona regimentations we offer you 2 Options:

1.  You get a full refund of your payment.

2.  You can use the payment as Deposit for the Timeout Acro Autumn Edition. In this case, you have the exclusive possibility to buy a ticket before registration will open to everyone else.
